期限阶梯：30 天基础、90 天 +10%、180 天 +20%、360 天 +30%、540 天 +50%；质押 1,000 U 每天分别 6–20、6.6–22、7.2–24、7.8–26、9–30 U

提取 1,000 U：立即到账销毁 300 枚 EXON，30 天到账 200 枚，60 天到账 100 枚（按 1.0 U 计）
